After purchasing this new 2018 Cadillac Escalade. Aaron decided he wanted to protect this investment by applying a ceramic coating to all the exterior surfaces including the wheels and glass. After a detailed inspection of the vehicle we found a few light scratches and swirls in the paint that would have to be corrected, before the ceramic coating was applied. The Vehicle received and nice foam bath, clay bar decontamination treatment, and an iron decontamination treatment removing embedded particles in the clear coat and ensuring a correct bond for the coating.
Then we decided that a single stage polish would be be the best option to remove the paint defects before we sealed everything in for multiple years. After 4 hours of prep work making sure the surface was as perfect as possible we then applied IGL Ceramic Coatings to the entire exterior.
Then it was time for the wheels. We did another decontamination process. We had to use compressed air to remove and water trapped within the crevices. Then IGL Ceramic Coating was applied.
Now that this coating has been applied to this stunning vehicle, it will not only be protected from harsh contaminants and have a brilliant deep gloss shine, it will be easier to maintain saving time and money.
